Rosemary-Scented Pork Loin Stuffed With Roasted Garlic, Dried Apricots and Cranberries and Port Wine Pan Sauce
it was a lot of effort, but had a pretty good taste.

Mulligatawny Soup I
This soup was absolutely delicious. And I even omitted the cream at the end to make it a little healthier. I added just a little bit of fresh minced garlic (maybe a teaspoon) at the beginning with the onions, carrots, and celery. Wonderfully easy and refreshing. Plus, I didn't have any French bread and didn't want to go to the store; so I served it with tortilla chips...turned out great.
