I liked this dip a lot and it was a hit at the party that I took it to. This was my first time making it and I decided to put the whole package of spinach in. Next time I think I will follow the recipe and only put in a 1/2 cup because it was too thick and hard to scoop with chips with that much spinach in there. All in all, a keeper. This one will go in my recipe box!

DELICIOUS!!! I couldn't find any red pepper paste so I have used both chipotle and cayenne powder and it has been wonderful with both. The chipotle gives the sauce a nice smoky flavor. I have made this many time for at home and potlucks and have received rave reviews!

This meatloaf is GREAT!! A nice change from your traditional style meatloaf. I cut the sauce in half because it seemed like too much, but I did use more bacon on top than the recipe suggests. Turned out so good that we all argued over the leftovers!
