Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches
I've been making this recipe for years. the only thing different is I use a packet of dry onion soup mix, and 3 or 4 onions chopped in the bottom of the pot. Excellent every time!!!

Skillet Lamb Chops
This was my first try at lamb chops & they were very good! I added garlic, and used fresh onion. I also added some red wine and soy, and thickened the sauce with flour. Definitely a keeper!
