I am a Christian, a husband, and a father. Our children have grown and we are not empty nesters. I love to ride my motorcycle and would like to travel more, except our animals keep us close to home. Food: spicey and strong flavors. Unfortunately, no one in my home shares my tastes so we are pretty normal. (I hope to change that with your help.) Home made pizza with THICK pan crust from scratch. I spent five years trying to recreate a chili recipe from a restaurant where I used to work when I was much younger. My wife hit a home run on her first try and we have been use her recipe ever since.
