When a cookie recipe calls for creaming shortening and sugar together, I first do the eggs or wet ingredients with the shortening, and then the sugar whisks in beautifully, making a smooth fluffy batter.

Rolled Fondant
Tastes just like candy, did it exactly how the recipe was printed and turned out great. Will be my go to fondant recipe.

Tiramisu II
Very good, only giving it 4 stars because I couldn't find mascarpone cheese and thus had to use a cream cheese-sour cream mixture. But still very good, I'll try it again when I get some mascarpone!

Biscotti
This is the best recipe, my search for the "perfect biscotti recipe" is over. This works great with any glaze, extract, syrup, or flavoring you can find.
