I have made this two times now and my family loves it! I went with one of the other suggestions and used frozen mixed vegetables. I also changed the soup to cream of broccoli soup because we don't care for mushrooms. Definitely will become a staple at our home!

Chicken Scampi

I followed the recipe except I used chicken breast tenders. I put the chicken on a bed of angel hair pasta that I had seasoned with melted butter and italian seasoning. The dish was very good and got rave reviews by my family and my mom in law even loved it! I will definitely be serving this again but will double the sauce so that I can put some on the pasta! Definitely a keeper!

Mocha Angel Food Torte

This cake was fantabulous! I followed on of the suggested and used Cool Whip Lite and also used fresh ground coffee beans and doubled the amt of coffee. It turned out GREAT! Everyone agreed that we would definately be making it a lot this summer!

Ground Beef 'n' Biscuits

My family and I were skeptical about this recipe but were plesantly suprised when it turned out so well. I did add extra garlic and wochestershire sauce as well as extra cheese and veggies. I will definately be making it again!
