Apple Pan Betty
Yum! This was so simple. It's good warm, obviously, but I also thought it was good cold, too. I ate the leftovers for part of my breakfast the next day...mmmm.

One-Dish Chicken, Vegetable and Rice Bake
I thought this was very good. I didn't have any long-grain/wild rice mix on hand, but I did have a box of Rice-a-Roni (broccoli au gratin flavor). It was a perfect compliment to the frozen veggies and cheddar cheese. I also added a splash or two of soy sauce for a little extra kick. Turned out great.

Crustless Cranberry Pie
This is a fabulous recipe. The almond flavoring sweetens it up perfectly. I think it's more of a "dessert bread" than a pie, though. But whatever you call it, it's definitely yummy!
