I am a self taught cook learning from good recipes and cooking shows. Creating a meal or dish that makes my family happy is my number one goal. I love to take a good dish to a pot luck and have it disappear quickly with lots of compliments to follow. Lasagne!!! It was the first dish I learned and I learned it in high school Home Ec. class. I'm also an avid cookie baker. My specialty is cut out sugar cookies with icing. I own bags and bags of cookie cutters and enjoy making cookies for special occasions such as baby showers, christmas, valentines, weddings etc.
