Cream Cheese Squares
Spreading a layer of Apricot preserves over the cream cheese mixture is essential. Also tried half with blueberry and was not nearly as tasty. Definitely one of the best desserts on this website and was still delicious using fat-free or sugar-free ingredients.

Blonde Brownies I
Used heath chips instead of chocolate chips and mixed them in with the batter instead of the top. A little rich for my taste, but still good.

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus
Mouthwatering good. I actually like that there is no sauce. Next time I make this however, I am substituting the chicken for shrimp. Can't wait.
