My husband and I are originally from Wales. We have lived State side for 26 years. We have 2 teenagers who love our cooking! I love to look for new recipes, something different but healthy and not too involved. We just started a new tradition last Christmas....everyone had to contribute some part of the meal. It worked out great! Hubby cooked the Christmas eve dinner, my 14 year old daughter made dessert and my son made the stuffing for the Christmas dinner. We'll be doing that again next year. My roast chicken dinner and my pastry. The first carrot cake I ever tried to make was a total disaster!!!
