I started cooking when i was very young.My Grandmother taught me,so many different ways of putting your own touch to everything you cooked or baked.I love to cook Italian mostly,but i do cook a large varity of other foods too. I'm working on a cook book of my own recipes,so i can pass on my creations to my Granddaughter.I love to work in the garden,take walks,having friends over to try out my new recipes,good or not so good.Love spending time with my Granddaughter,we love to draw pictues together.Love dogs,i'm a Nascar fan! 88 all the way.My love for cooking was a gift from my Grandmother and the baking from my Dad.I love to try different things,and make them my own with a touch of Trish in all my recipes. Italian food no doubt about it.Pasta dishes are my favorite,have dozen of them Italian food over one hundred recipes i created thru the years there's been a few lol
