Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta
This is a great recipe as is, but it's also good for tweaking many different ways. I used more chicken so I needed extra sauce. I added a can of cream of mushroom soup in addition to the cream cheese. I also added a can of mushrooms, garlic powder and capers. Excellent!

Mahogany Chicken Wings
This was really tasty. I used it on chicken thighs and legs instead of wings. I reduced the chile paste to 1 Tbsp. because I don't like things spicy, but in hindsight, I could have used 2 Tbs and it would have been OK.

Shrimp Scampi III
I'm giving this 5 starts for its great tasted and ease of preparation. I used fettuccine instead of angel hair and it came out fantastic. My whole family raved.
