Shrimp Scampi III
I'm giving this 5 starts for its great tasted and ease of preparation. I used fettuccine instead of angel hair and it came out fantastic. My whole family raved.

Baked Coconut Shrimp
Wow - this was really fantastic. I was looking for a recipe to make fried coconut shrimp, but decided to give this a try. Now, I will always use this recipe. The shrimp came out so crunchy. Love it.

Rempel Family Meatloaf
Yup, this is it - my new go-to meatloaf recipe. Just the right amount of everything. It would be good without the cheese, but it does make it even better.
