Dave's Low Country Boil
This is my husbands favorite meal. We had some lemon and onions to the boil for a little more flavor.

Irish Chicken and Dumplings
Amazing recipe. My family loves it. I only made two small changes from the recipe posted: 1) I cooked in the crockpot so it would be mostly ready when we came home from church 2) added about 1/4 tsp more chicken seasoning. I barely fit all the dough for the dumplings, so next time I will reduce that some. Wonderful, wonderful food!

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
My husband declared this his "favorite vegetarian recipe". My two year old enthusiastically said "I like it!". I agree with both of them.
