Meringue Cookies
If you do not have parchment paper, you can use plain brown paper cut out of grocery bags. Also, mini chips work best.

Clone of a Cinnabon
I substituted buttermilk for regular milk for more flavor. I agree with the comments that a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes works better. 4 oz of cream cheese is better than 3, if you like cream cheese frosting.

Garlic Chicken
If you pound your chicken breasts, bake only 25 minutes. I added a tablespoon of butter to the olive oil, and 1/2 tsp of kosher salt to the breading, for more flavor.
