I'm 22 years old. I live with my 21 year old boyfriend(of almost 2 years) and my 4 year old son. I am a full-time college student(going for social work) and am also working part-time at a vision center nearby. I love to cook but haven't been doing it long. I thought it would be too hard to learn but its going well. I like to cook puerto rican style..but I'm still learning alot. I also love italian and mexican styles. My family generally cooks puerto rican dishes. My boyfriend likes southern food though. I made some steamed white rice and chicken with mushrooms with my boyfriend just tonight and it turned out good! This could go on and on...Well I tried my hand at making arroz con habichuelas(rice with beans..puerto rican style) and ruined it..the rice tasted undercooked and it was just all wrong. I did figure out that I went wrong when I didn't put the heat down at the end and left it on high.
