i am a fun person who likes to share with people,i just love to see people when they are feeling happy. i like to cook ground provision such as(yam, dasheen,potatos etc., ackee and saltfish, rice and peas, chicken in all different styles, vegetables, dumplings and much more. every year on new years day, we get up early in the morning and start cooking so that we will be finish before 12 noon and that goes foe every member in the house,it is so much fun. i have always wanted to cook rice and peas like my aunt esmie,i am telling you that this lady cooks a mean rice and peas it is always perfect.each time i try it would get burn. so one day i went to the shop and bought some rice 5lbs and i decided to cook it 1lb at a time on my fourth try i found out the trick and on my fifth try i need not say anything else. i was cooking rice and it got burnt, plus ,i did not put enough water so it had some cooked and some was not cooked, and worst of all, it was for a birthday party, and it smell up the whole place.
