i l9ove to cook and experiment with new things on my days off.  I use my dog as my taste tester because if she likes then it must be good. I love to cook just about anything except fish and seafood I would have to say that is at Christmas when everyone brings a covered dish.  I love my sisters corn flake balls. Last Thanksgiving dinner I invited the whole family to my house and told everyone don't worry about anything I had it all covered started at 7:00 am the day before and by 1:00 the next day it was all done.  It turned out I was a smash that year and every one was wondering where I learned some of my recipes.  They just couldn't believe they came from me. When I was cooking chicken livers the grease popped up and went all down the front of me.
