Perfect Pumpkin Pie
excellent. I never really like pumpkin pie. I was more a pecan pie lover but this is a pit that competes. A pumpkin farm down the street always made great pumpkin pie extra sweet. and I know this is their secreat, sweet condensed milk instead of evaportated milk, makes it some much better.

All American Apple Pie
Wonderful pie. I used fugi apples and frozen pie crust. I also took others suggestions and precooked the mix on the stove first and it was wonderful.

Jumbo Fluffy Walnut Apple Muffins
Wonderful muffins. I only substiuted 1/2 cup milk for pumpkin pie mix (I had some leftover from a pie I made) and used 1 cup all purpose flour and 3/4 cup whole wheat flour. I omitted the topping just due to time constraints and they where wonderful. I main 18 standerd size muffins.
