Beef Stew VI
Delicious and easy. I did make some slight changes: Tossed the meat with flour seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder prior to browning; added a bay leaf, minced garlic clove, and a pinch each of thyme and tarragon; added more onions! Very good!
