Easy Pumpkin Muffins
This is a great recipe! So easy and yummy! I increase the amount of spices a little and always make them as mini muffins (cook for about 10 minutes). My kids love them.

Crustless Spinach Quiche
Great recipe! I substituted a combination of cheddar and mozzarella in place of the muenster cheese. I used 7 eggs b/c I had a 10 inch pie plate. As others recommended, I added a pinch each of oregano, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning. Easy & got rave reviews!

Ziti Chicken and Broccoli
Excellent recipe. I used half and half and grilled chicken. Also doubled the garlic and parmesan cheese. Will try adding sundried tomatoes next time, for added elegance.
