long process but did turn out great. the ribs were nice and moist but the sauce was just OK but i did leave out the liquid smoke cause i personally dont care for it. I find it makes the recipes taste fake if that makes any scense. But it did call for alot of ingredients which made the taste very yummy but I think the sauce needs some altering to give it a good kick.

This recipe did taste good but coming from someone that has eatten peach cobbler from the south all the way to the west this peach cobbler does not taste like real southern peach cobbler. However it is a good taste and I'd have to agree with the other reviews the crust on this is a bit like a giant cookie. It is hard to tell if its done because of the sugar and cinnamon that you sprinkle on top. great recipe though. my kids liked it and my husband to but like i said I'd call my self a number one fan of peach cobbler and this does not taste as good as the real stuff.

I love this recipe except i would have to agree with another review. I also could not get the center to cook right. I did it exactly the way it said but 30 minutes was not enough time for the cooking process. I will try this recipe again and will try cooking it for much longer.
