Beer Cookies
These cookies are fantastic!! I made them with Sam Adams Winter Lager. I added just under 1 and 1/4 cups, just until the dough was moist. I also added some nutmeg, oats, and chocolate chips. The are fluffy, kind of like muffin tops. So good! I will definitely be making these again. Next time I'm going to try Guinness!

Root Beer Cookies
These cookies are exceptional! They have a fluffy, cake-like texture and a delicious smooth frosting. I made mine with Columbia Soda Works Sarsaparilla extract instead of root beer, and they were especially flavorful. I also used soy heavy cream instead of buttermilk. I had to bake them a little longer (9-10 min.), but they turned out great. This is an easy, unique, and incredibly tasty cookie!

Cranberry Apple Pie
This pie is delicious! To avoid the paste talked about in other reviews:1. Mix the apples and cranberries 2. Add the orange juice and lemon to the fruit 3. Mix the dry ingredients and add to fruit. I added less orange juice than called for (probably about 1 tbsp; just poured in enough to barely coat the fruit) and had no problems with excess moisture. I only used 1 and 1/4 cups of sugar. Delicious.
