Married for 20+ years with 2 children at home. I am a professional knife maker / blacksmith and own my own business doing both. Making knives has brought me closer to foods given the fact that a large portion of our product line is kitchen cutlery. Anything made with a well aged meat .... preferably beef loin aged for about 5 weeks in my refrigerator before cooking.
