I made this recipe for St. Patty's day and it turned out pretty good. I did my prep the night before and set the crockpot up on my way out the door to work. when I came home dinner was done and I off to the Pub that much sooner! I think the recipe could have used some salt. Thats the only thing missing for me.

I have never cooked a turkey breast in a slow cooker and boy I did not know what I was missing. The turkey was so moist and tender unlike any turkey i have had before. I took another reviewers suggestion and added celery and onions with a small amount of chicken broth in the bottom of the crock. I added some garlic powder, pepper and Mrs Dash along with the onion mix and it came out great. I will be making this again very soon. Thanks.
