Marinated Spicy Pork Chops
Used roasted red chili paste from the Thai Kitchen line and marinated for about 9 hours. Tender and scrumptious.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken
mmmm...good. didn't change a thing, though I did forget the freshly grated Parmesan so I used packaged parm and it was still fantastic,
