Veal Scallopini
It was good, i thought it would be better if maybe i sauteed the mushrooms 1st on the pan before cooking the veal, this way more mushroom flavor would go into the meat, but i didnt. I followed recipe and it was good. I will make it again but not on a regular basis

Best Steak Marinade in Existence
i should have marinated longer, it really was delicious though. I had rib eye, put cast iron skillet in ovet at 500 degrees for 20 min, then i took skillet out of oven, placed over high heat on oven, seared steaks without moving, 3 min each side, then threw oven on broil and did 3 min each side on broil, about 6 inches from flame. after that, i let stand 5 minutes so juices absorb. came out great, making again soon and will marinate more than 30 minutes this time.

Grilled Yellow Squash
Wow, this is the kind of vegetable side-dish i was looking for. I threw it on foreman grill with onions. Came out so good!!!!
