Italian White Bean And Pancetta Soup
4 stars because i modified slightly. Pancetta is expensive so i used a smoked cervelat salami, diced and fried instead. Great smokey/salty flavor, less expensive. It would be 5 stars if i followed exactly.

Pumpkin Roll Supreme
Although my cake cracked, i did fill it with maple-walnut ice cream. I know this is off-topic but a great taste combo.

Slow Cooker Stuffing
One less thing to go in the oven! Couldn't tell the difference. Delicious and easy.
