Mom's Zucchini Bread
Best Zucchini Bread hands down! People ask me to make this all the time! Freezes well. Try it with a bit of cream cheese on a warm slice. Incredible!

Bleu Cheese Macaroni
I took this to a potluck and came home with an empty dish. I made it pretty hasitly and forgot to add the flour and it turned out plenty good, not runny at all! Love this!
