Lime Chicken and Mushroom Pasta
This was just an OK recipe. Not bad, just not my style.

Amish White Bread
Absolutely amazing bread! Wow! All my friends were raging over it! It was light and just perfect. I substituted 2C of white flour for 1C of wheat flour. I ended up using a little extra white flour, but it was great. A nice, easy, healthy recipe. I made it into rolls and also into small loaves for sandwiches. Perfect!

No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies II
Great recipe! Instead of using rice crispies, I use a mix of oatmeal and special k. The first time I think I used a bit much and they were a touch dry and crumbly. I'm making them again and I think I didn't use quite enough and they are going to be a bit gooey. SO filling though! A great snack and protein/fiber boost.
