Jalapeno Popper Spread
I served at Half Time and it was GONE by the time the Bears were back on! Sooooo good! The store was completely out of canned jalapenos, so I carefully chopped up 1/2 c. jalapeno rings from a jar. Also mixed the fresh parmesan with 1/2 c. breadcrumbs before topping the dip. Served with Ritz, but I swear I could've eaten with a fork! Very rich, though = tummy ache the next day lol

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
Fantastic! No bacon. Sauteed just a tiny bit of onion and garlic and added to mixture. Topped with cheddar and parmesan. Perfect!

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms
Yummy! Made some changes...I added about 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar to the marinade and this really made the flavor! I topped mine with sauteed onion and garlic (instead of bell pepper), and covered the top with shredded parmesan. I baked in the oven on foil for about 15 mins on 375 until the cheese was melty. Even my carnivore boyfriend loved them!
