Mongolian Beef and Spring Onions
This was super tasty. I added in red pepper flakes to the sauce. It gives it a nice little kick. Not too much of one. But it is enough to notice every other bite. Also, you have to watch the meat in the oil. If you leave it for the full 2 minutes you will def. overcook it.

Sticky Sesame Chicken
I made a GREAT mistake with this and I thought I'd share. I grabbed the teriyaki sauce out of my fridge instead of the soy sauce- it tasted just like what my husband and I get at the local chinese except it isn't as crunchy because it isn't fried. I also made fried rice to go alongside this. I made the rice with additional honey+teriyaki sauce and it was great. Next time I think I will cut up the chicken into bite sized pieces and just toss it with the fried rice.

Marinated Ranch Broiled Chicken
YOu know, a long time ago the Ranch packets used to have a recipe on them for Ranch Chicken. A way my college roomies and I made it was to just use: chicken breast + Ranch mix. No vinegar. 250 degrees, bake for 2 hours with foil cover and the natural juices and the ranch make it so tender you dont need anything but a fork.
