15-Minute Dinner Nachos Supreme
OMG......this one is fantabulous! I sub'd the soup and water for Ketchup and extra spicy Clamato Juice which renders a body of flavor of its own. It was great!...Not too spicy, Not too Hot, but of course these things can always be added if one desires. Don't forget to heat your nacho chips in the oven. It makes them D Lishously crispy. My teens had the dinner of a lifetime with this one.

My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops
Baby back ribs were used instead of chops. They slow cooked for 6 hours as I had to leave the house and they turned out awesome served over a bed of basmati rice. Well worth the time and the beer...lol. We all loved it!

Jalapeno Pepper Jelly
Don't panic if your hard work doesn't set up. If you are in Canada, use certo brand liquid pectin. It works best for this recipe. And don't forget to process jars in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes after filling. I used 4 large red bell peppers and 7 green jalapeno peppers. The red pepper flavor is what I set out to accomplish along with the sweet and wonderful taste of the jalapeno peppers. I left in some jalapeno seeds and added the cayenne. Very Nice....and Loved by everyone. Hope this helps.............cheers!
