I am happily married and work with my husband full time in our Heavy Equipment broker business. I also work with my husband catering part-time for the community...we do this as a hobby. I love people and enjoy being part of a team. Baking is what I like best! I love pies, cakes, breads and just about anything I can bake...I love to try new dishes. I don't know if I would say I have a favorite cooking tradition...I was always the mashed potato and pie maker at family get-togethers. My New York style Cheese Cake that my daughter, Annie, and I made. I would have to say that was many years ago...I was newly married and tried to make Texas Hash...Let's just say; "it was a disaster!"
