Day Before Mashed Potatoes
This was good and I was grateful to have it ready to go in the oven when Thanksgiving morning came around. Our family prefers a big pot full of real mashed spuds, but this would be perfect for a potluck!

Roasted Root Vegetables
Made this for this past Thanksgiving. Reduced the servings to only 4 since we were only feeding 3 adults and 2 kids. Tasty and very healthy option for the holidays!

Out of this World Turkey Brine
Good brine! I have used others that are even simpler (and some much more complicated as well). Brining is the ONLY way to prepare a turkey!
