I am an eclectic person. The things I enjoy I tend to jump into without hesitation or reservation. This of course leads to some great experiences...great fun and some great mess ups. I love to cook food that brings a smile to peoples faces. I have (so far) two real signature dishes, a Flemish style Beer stew with an Irish soda bread to accompany and a Carribean influenced Curried chicken. Both great dishes that leave folks asking for more.
