Red Skinned Potato Salad
This was maybe the best potato salad I've ever eaten, and I'm definitely a "my Momma's potato salad is the best of all" kind of guy. Very versatile too; with a few tweaks, you can make it sweeter or tangier depending on your preferences. Absolutely LOVED it. Thanks!

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli
I would like roasted garlic, fresh lemon and a little salt and pepper if you put it in a fruit smoothie. I thought this simple recipe was delicious.

Grandma's Meat Sauce
