BREAKSTONE'S Chicken and Sour Cream Enchiladas
Good...need a little more in the middle of the tortilla. Next time I would probably add diced jalapenos and pinto beans.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
double the root beer and bbq sauce. this took a lost less time than the recipe estimated. i used pork tenderloin and it tasted great.
