I mixed the tomato sauce in with the beef mixture and spooned it all into the peppers all together instead of pouring it on separtely. It turned out great and was pretty easy.

Very delicious but a bit too salty. I followed the recipe exactly and also found it a little runny like other reviewers (next time I will add more flour). Also, next time I will use reduced sodium chicken broth (and will definitely not add a full teaspoon of salt). Thanks for the recipe!
