I am a wife and stay at home mom of two girls. I love to cook for everyone and am always finding new and interesting things to make, thanks to this site:) Always on the lookout for something the kids will like. My oldest is very picky and my youngest likes to copy her sis. Meal time is always an adventure. I usually will make something and then take it to all my neighbor friends to try as well. They love me around the holidays,lol. I love to cook any kind of dessert. The kids and husband love it of course. I also love to cook Mexican dishes. My favorite is a chicken enchilada dish I came up with. Don't really have any. I always cook by myself unless I can get the hubby to help. We are always trying something new and don't really have any traditions. Making a chicken pizza the kids loved because they are very picky and don't really like anything that doesn't consist of corn dogs or mac n cheese, lol. I burned everything I cooked in the oven for one week straight. Thankfully it was the oven that was broken and not me. I was so frustrated with all the stuff that I had to throw out and couldn't figure out what was going on.
