Favorite Banana Blueberry Quick Bread
Awesome!! I modified the recipe slightly to suit my personal preferences (added some vanilla/ cinnamon, half white/half brown sugar, and extra blueberries in place of the pecans), but I have no doubts that it would still be wonderful without modifications. Super yummy! Will definitely make again!

Greek Pasta Salad with Shrimp, Tomatoes, Zucchini, Peppers, and Feta
Delicious! The only changes that I made was to only use half the oil in the dressing and added in some artichoke hearts, which I broiled with the zucchini and peppers. The dressing is delicious. This recipe is a keeper! :)

Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes
This recipe is AWESOME! Best pancakes I've ever made! Usually I find whole wheat pancakes too dry, but these turned out great! I followed the recipe exactly, but added the suggested extra 1/4 cup of milk. I also added some cinnamon, vanilla, and cloves, as suggested by other reviewers. Yummy! My new favorite pancake recipe! :)
