These were very good. I took the advice of some other reviewers and put the beans with the meat mixture before filling the shells. Very easy to make!

This was my first ever apple-y pork chop experience, and it was good. The flavor was a bit odd, but I think that was because it was new. My husband is weird about soft apples - so it wasn't his favorite, but my daughter and I liked it. I took the advice of some of the reviewers and exchanged the cloves for cinnamon. The sauce kept the pork chops moist. I served it over whole wheat spaghetti noodles. Great combo.

My grandma used to make a cake similiar to this for my mom on her birthdays, but no one in my family had the recipe for it. Anyway, this cake was very yummy, and it satisfied my mom's nostalgic birthday needs. It was very easy to make too. THANKS!
