Easy Ham and Cheese Appetizer Sandwiches
My mom made these when I was growing up, but she used a different kind of dinner roll. Regardless, they are super tasty!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
A friend passed this recipe along to me right before the holidays. I baked two batches in two weeks because I kept giving them away as gifts. They were most certainly the best cookies I have ever made.
