Bionicos (Mexican Fruit Salad)

After eating this several times at the local Mexican Ice Cream Shop, I made it myself. Well, not compltely myself...my sister in law told me how to make it! It is so good, fruit with a cream topping. Who could ask for more. Here is the recipe if you would like to try it.
Cream Fruit Topping:
1- 14oz can La Lechera (sweetened condensed milk)
1- 16oz Sour Cream
1- Squirt Honey
1- Tspn Cinnamon
Fruit: (You may use what you like)(Dice/Slice all the fruit)
2- Fuji Apples
1/2- Pint Strawberry
Toppings:(which ever you prefer)
Mix the Sweetened Condensed Milk, Sour Cream, Squirt of honey and tspn of cinnamon together. Cut fruit up and place in bowl & top with the cream. Then sprinkle raisins, granola & coconut on top. Enjoy!
