About Me
I am 25 & have 3 children, and a wonderful husband. We like to play soccer, go to the park, grill, ect...spend alot of our time together. I love to cook for his family, who are at my house alot. I am also going back to school to get my degree in Criminal Justice. After I graduate I will begin looking for a job as a police officer! Something I have always wanted to do.
My favorite things to cook
Mexican, is my newest adventure. I've been trying to learn to cook more mexican food since i enjoy it and my husband is from Guadalajara. But i also love to bake, i've been baking with my mom since i can remember i was always in the kitchen helping her.
My cooking triumphs
I learned to make pozole, mole, carne con juego, ablondigas.....
My cooking tragedies
Well..theres been a few but i comes with making new things i think. The one I remember is when, I tried to cut up serrano peppers w/o gloves on...oh boy what a mistake!! No one told me not to touch my face, I got it in my eyes, nose, it was horrible and my face felt as if it was on fire. Let say I have never made that mistake again!
