Rhubarb Crumble Pie
This wa delicious. I followed the recipe exactly, except I also added 1 cup of strawberries. Served warm with ice cream - yum! Making for the 2nd time in 2 days due to my abundance of rhubarb in the garden.

Sunday Morning Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes
I found this mix to be too thick to pour and needed to add additional milk. Otherwise I didn't change a thing. However, using lemon curd as a topping instead of syrup was the trick to adding additional lemon flavor. Yum! I will try this recipe again.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
This was great! I liked the recipe so much that I decided to mix the seasonings (x10) and store them in a mason jar in my spice cabinet, for easy access anytime I have a taste for rotisserie style chicken. I also have used the spices on boneless breast of chicken and cook at 325 for 45 mins. I plan on trying it on the grill next.
