Classic Goulash

This made a ton..and I even cut it in half. Dinner was easy to make. I just think that the amount of seasoning is off a bit. Too salty and too much Italian Seasoning. I cut back on those to suit our taste. I also decided to cook the noodles separate, so I didn't add the extra water. Total cooking time was about 40 minutes. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Spicy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

YUM! I really loved these!! I made a few adjustments to suit our taste..I used olive oil instead of canola. I didn't use taco seasoning..I chose to use: salt, pepper, Old Bay, and cayenne pepper. My husband added some cajun seasoning to his. We baked the fries at 400 for 20 minutes. Flipped them, and baked them at 425 for an additional 15-20 minutes. Came out fantastic!! Even great re-heated the next day at lunchtime! Thanks so much for this recipe!! We will be making these again for sure!

Baked Chicken Nuggets

Great recipe! Instead of using the 1/2 cup of butter, I used milk. Worked out just fine. I also added garlic powder and onion powder. Tasted really good re-heated the next day for lunch too! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Spicy Rapid Roast Chicken

This is an excellent recipe! I followed the recipe as written..but I used a 4lb chicken. Came out smelling and tasting fantastic!! I used the leftovers to make chicken soup! Delish 5 star recipe for sure! Thanks so much for sharing!

White Chili II

I made this for dinner last night..with a few changes. I used 32oz of broth..yet found it to be still too "soupey" so I added about 2 Tablespoons of flour to try to thicken. Also, I used only 1 large onion. I used only 3 cans of beans because 5 would have been excessive. I also only added 1 teaspoon of cayenne. I thought it was spicy but my husband added hot sauce to his..go figure! The flavor came out great but the consistency is why I only rated 4 stars. We topped our bowls with the cheese, a bit of sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Blueberry Crumb Bars

I made this yesterday because I was jonesin for something blueberry! I cut the recipe in half but otherwise followed the recipe as written. I agree with other reviewers that the taste is not overly sweet. I liked how these came out, but I think I would make a couple changes for next time. I think I will add brown sugar and some vanilla/almond extract in with the dough. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Mexican Sour Cream Rice

I made this as a side dish last night to go with "tasty lentil tacos" from this site. I followed the recipe as written with 2 minor changes. Instead of the corn..I am allergic..I added some peas and carrots. And instead of the monterey jack cheese, I used pepper jack..because that's what I had at home. I liked the flavor but my husband thought that the sour cream kinda took over. I will probably make this again with just about a half cup of sour cream..or maybe even plain yogurt. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Tasty Lentil Tacos

My husband and I decided to go meatless twice a week. I am new to cooking with lentils, so I did a search on AR to see what sounded tasty. Garlic Chicken

My husband and I made this for dinner last night. He is working late all this week, so I wanted something that was no fuss. We used chicken tenders because that's what I had on hand. Also we didn't heat the oil..just dipped the chicken in the oil then into the breadcrumb mix that I had added the garlic to. They were finished baking at 25 minutes. The chicken came out moist and very tasty! Thanks for sharing this recipe..we will be making this again for sure!

Greek Lentil Soup (Fakes)

I am new to cooking with lentils and since I had everything at home, I decided to give this a try for lunch today. I gotta say..I'm loving this recipe! B.L.A.T. Wraps

I LOVE avocado. I LOVE bacon. Pretty much..I LOVE this wrap! Made this for lunch yesterday. The only thing I did differently was to cook the bacon in the microwave just out of sheer laziness (: Thanks for sharing this recipe..it's a keeper!

Creamed Salmon on Toast

Simple. Filling. Delicious. Made this for dinner last night..and it was so quick and easy! The only changes I made were that I added some onion and garlic powder. Comfort food for sure. This made 4 very large servings. Yum. Thanks for sharing this recipe..I will be making this one again!

Butternut Squash Soup II

Followed the recipe with a few changes.. first I roasted the squash for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. I then was able to complete the recipe as written. When finished, I added half and half to give a bit more of a creamy texture. The soup is delicious! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!

False Cabbage Rolls

This was much easier than making cabbage rolls and tasted pretty close to the real thing...aka..my grandmother's! I followed the recipe exactly as written. I also made a side of white rice since my grandma's has rice added into her cabbage rolls. I put the white rice in the bottom of a soup bowl and put the cabbage mixture on top. I think I will add a bit of garlic next time, but otherwise wouldn't change a thing! Great alternative to cabbage rolls when you don't want to do all the work. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Strawberry Bread

Sopa De Lima (Mexican Lime Soup)

Made this last night because limes were on sale 9/$1 and I picked up a bunch not having the slightest idea what I would use them for. The soup is very light so I would definitely add something to it so it's not mostly broth. I chose to add cooked noodles..but I think it still needs something else..just not exactly sure what. I will also cut back on the amount of limes used..since 6 was too strong for our taste. Thanks for sharing the recipe..it was nice to try something new!

Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

Yum! I was having a pregnancy craving for peanut butter cookies so on a whim I decided to give these a shot. I followed the recipe as written but just cut it in half. I still ended up with 21 cookies. I also made about 9 of them with some chocolate chips baked in. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Ricotta Cookies III

I had about 8oz of ricotta cheese to use up, so I typed that into the search and came across this recipe. Thought..why not?? I didn't really know what to expect..but these cookies are fantastic. They totally remind me of the sprinkle cookies sold at my local bakery. I also love the lemon glaze! Yum. Oh..and even though I cut the recipe in half, I still ended up with 24 Large Cookies. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
