Sweet Potato Pound Cake
Yummy! made it in muffin pan, so they took a lot less time to cook. Also instead of using four eggs, I used two eggs, and two large table spoons of mayo, this made this super moist and delicious. Doubled the cinnamon. Gone before I could say enjoy!

Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men
minor adjustment made: added half a cup of flour and about four ounces of pumpkin syrup. it was soo yummy. glazed with powedered sugar/milk mixture. everyone loved it!

Apple Pumpkin Muffins
Awsome recipe. Doubles the topping, there's no way there's enough as indicated. Used splenda in the dough, and used one egg and one and a half tablespoons of mayonaise instead of two egss. Moist & yummmmmmmy!
