Cream Cheese Frosting II
my boyfriend hates sugary icing so i'm hoping this one will change his mind, i used it with the betty crocker decadent carrot cake mix, pricier than a regular box mix but so worth it since i can't make them from scratch yet. i just doubled the vanilla and added a bit more sugar to balance it out. totally delish..
