Basic Baked Spaghetti

I was a little wary because I thought the spaghetti noodles would dry out in the oven, but it came out wonderfully! Next time, I want to try adding some sausage, mushrooms, and extra cheeses.

Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie

This is one of the best pie/torte recipes ever! I took this to a family gathering and everyone raved about it, people fought over the last piece. This is a no-fail, very easy recipe, I highly recommend it. Be sure your bottom layer is fully cooked before you add the peaches! It will come out perfectly!

Sauteed Apples

Brilliant! This recipe was so good, we ate the apples by themselves, no ice cream needed! I substituted 4 teaspoons of all-purpose flour for the cornstarch, as I didn't have any to hand, and I added in the rest of the raisins I had. A really great recipe, thank you!

Fluffy French Toast

A winner! My stepson ate it all up and declared they were as good as my pancakes (which he asks for EVERY weekend). I think I'll make some more of this french toast today! So good, syrup isn't even necessary.

Aunt Anne's Coffee Cake

Works well as a bundt cake too! I lightly pressed the topping into the bottom of the bundt pan and poured the batter on top. Cooked for 20 min longer than written. Was very moist and the topping was very crispy! Will probably make again, as my family loved it. ^_^

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

VERY spicy and sticky! Not so much of the sweet. The hot sauce tended to overpower the other flavors. I'd recommend increasing the sugar and honey if you want more sweet flavoring.

Popovers

Absolutely perfect! I made these in a muffin pan with a dollop of butter in the bottom of each cup. They came out wonderfully after being loosened with a fork. The popovers were light and fluffy on the inside, with the nicest crisp on the outside. Made with garlic lemon chicken, it was the perfect compliment. My boyfriend called it homemade hot pockets!

Apple Fritters

Very good, but very rich. We had trouble finishing them all! They were made better with a glaze made of orange juice and powdered sugar. And I used apple butter instead of apples since I had about half of a large jar I needed to use up. It tasted just as good, and just as apple-y!
