Double Tomato Bruschetta
Definitely cut the oil in half, there was too much. But other than that, it's a great and easy recipe! I used English Toasting Bread and cut the bake time by one minute. Still good!

Basic Baked Spaghetti
I was a little wary because I thought the spaghetti noodles would dry out in the oven, but it came out wonderfully! Next time, I want to try adding some sausage, mushrooms, and extra cheeses.
