Shortcut Lasagna
I used Cottage Cheese instead of Ricotta and I omitted the sausage, onion, green pepper and olives it still turned out wonderful. Super easy and I didn't have to heat my house up with the oven.

Pineapple Rice Casserole
I was shocked how good this was. It was super easy to make and took no time at all. It sounded like it wasnt going to be good but it was. I will make this again.
